ORDER POLICY

Product offered on dyehardmaterials.com is available on a first come, first serve basis, and individual SKUs will not be removed from our store until payment has been processed.

There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. However, we strive to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. If you receive a shipping confirmation between Friday and Sunday, please be aware that your package has been packed but may not have left our facility. Thank you for your understanding.

Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays, your order will be processed the next following business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic orders are shipped via First Class Mail and includes domestic tracking and delivery signature required. Delivery takes approximately 3-5 days from ship date.

The shipping times are NOT guaranteed and may be affected by weather, errors on the part of the postal service, etc. We do guarantee that your package will be shipped in accordance with the turnaround section listed above, but Dye Hard Materials cannot control the mail service once the order has been shipped. If your domestic order does not arrive within 3 days of the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will follow up with the mail service for you, and handle any potential claims.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Delivery takes approximately 10-21 business days from the ship date. USPS First Class International Delivery is not available in all countries.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds and returns are not available for custom orders. For orders that are not custom, a refund may be requested and and granted prior to the shipment of your order. Requests for refunds must be received the same business day as the order, and are subject to a 5% fee. We hope that you’ll make a confident purchase with us, so we ask that you carefully read features, specifications, and photos pertaining to the item before confirming your order. FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

In order to prevent fraudulent activity, orders placed with different billing and shipping addresses are subject to verification by Dye Hard Materials. Please note that in the case of a different shipping address your order may be delayed up to two business days. Orders placed with the same billing and shipping address are not subject to this policy.
